DAY01: ARRIVAL IN BAMAKO
On regularly scheduled flight (commercial airline). Transfer from airport to town and overnight in Hotel Salam*****.
DAY02: BAMAKO-TIMBUKTU
Early morning transfer to airport for Flight to Timbuktu.Arrival and tranfer to hotel followed by the visit to the museum, the famous Djinguareiber Mosque and houses of the explorers. In the afternoon, Sahara desert camel trek to visit a typical Tuareg camp near Timbuktu. Overnight in hôtel La Maison or Similar.
DAY03: TIMBUKTU- MOPTI
Early morning transfer to airport for Flight to Mopti.Arrival, transfer to hotel Kanaga .In the afternoon visit of Mopti and its harbour,the mosque ,the vegetable market and the old quarter.Dinner and overnight in Mopti.
DAY 04: MOPTI-DJENNE-MOPTI
Breakfast and drive to Djénné. Arrival and visit of the Djenné,this day we have the opportunity to visit the weekly market at Djenné, a perfect opportunity to witness the wide variety of ethnic groups who live along the Niger River valley. This is also a good time to admire the clay architecture and various other remarkable forms of the so-called Sudanese Style. In the afternoon drive back to Mopti. Dinner and Overnight in Hotel Kanaga.
DAY05: MOPTI/SONGO/BANDIAGARA
Breakfast and drive to Bandiagara. On the way visit of Songo with its rock paintings and circumcision cave. In the afternoon drive to the southern Dogon villages of Djuiguibombo,Kani,Teli,Ende. Drive back to Bandiagara. Dinner and Overnight at your hotel.
DAY06: BANDIAGARA/SANGHA/MOPTI
Breakfast and drive to visit the villages of Banani and Ireli,Amani, and Tireli(Dogon Mask dance performance) then drive back to Mopti for Overnight in Hotel Kanaga*** .
DAY07: MOPTI/SEGOU
Breakfast and drive to Segou via the village of San where we will visit the mosque of this Bobo Village.Then drive to Segou with its colonialquaters and clay makers.Dinner and overnight in Hotel Auberge**.
DAY08: SEGOU- BAMAKO-DEPARTURE
Breakfast and drive to Bamako. Arrival followed by the discovery of Bamako(National museum,handicraft market and general view of the city). After dinner transfer to airport for departure.
